Main missions :

Reporting to the Vice President Europe :

The Sales Manager will work prospecting decision-making level contacts regarding the company's products and services.  Develop new relationships with prospective clients and ushers the sales process along to close new business. This role is both an individual contributor role for sales and provides leadership for the overall sales function.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Primary Objective: Identify and Close deals in all stages of sales cycle – lead generation, proposal, negotiation and closure.

  • Achieve minimum appointment goals as set by the VP Development - Europe

  • Plan and organize work schedule to contact prospects and close sales

  • Follow established campaign plans

  • Provide sales forecasts

  • Manage sales cycle in designated CRM system

  • Provide leadership and training to others in a sales role 

Required profile :

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years consultative sales experience in a technology related sales position

  • Fluency in English and French; a third European language would be a plus.

  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written communications skills to deliver a strong eloquent value proposition

  • Excellent analytic, interpersonal and negotiating skills

  • Appointment setting and /or lead qualifying experience

  • Reliable work ethic and ability to work under minimal supervision

  • Technology savvy with the ability to demonstrate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

 

Localisation of the position

You will be based in Paris.

You may be required to travel to prospective client locations to demonstrate technology solutions (travel will be primarily in Europe).
